A rapidly growing SAP consultancy is looking for a Senior Change Management Leader to guide and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across organisations in the UK and Europe. The role focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive change strategies that support the successful adoption of new ways of working, updated processes, and modern digital systems, including major ERP transformations such as SAP S/4HANA.
The person in this position will work closely with senior client leaders and programme teams, acting as a strategic partner throughout the transformation journey. They will help ensure that change initiatives are aligned with business objectives, informed by data and insights, and effectively embedded within the organisation. The role combines high-level strategic leadership with practical oversight of delivery activities and the development of change teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end change management strategies for large transformation programmes, including ERP implementations
Develop clear Cases for Change aligned with business strategy and value delivery
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitate executive workshops
Design and drive communication, engagement, and adoption strategies across global organisations
Define enterprise-wide training and adoption approaches (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, role-based learning)
Ensure large-scale user readiness, adoption, and long-term organisational capability
Use data and analytics (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) to track change readiness, adoption, and benefits
Create dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making
Integrate change activities into programme governance with PMO and leadership teams
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to consulting methodologies and capability development
What we are looking for:
5-10 years of experience in management or transformation consulting / professional services
Proven experience leading change in large, complex transformation programmes
Strong ability to work with and advise senior stakeholders and C-level executives
Experience delivering projects across UK and European, multi-country environments
