The Opportunity

As the SAP Vistex Solution Architect, you will be the subject-matter expert responsible for the design, architecture, and enhancement of the organisation's Vistex platform. Working closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and internal SAP teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of pricing, rebates, chargebacks, incentives, and contract management solutions that support the company's global operations.

This is a strategic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on building robust technical solutions and guiding long-term platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and configuration of SAP Vistex solutions across multiple business units.

• Collaborate with implementation partners to guide project delivery, validate technical approaches, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Vistex designs, covering pricing, incentives, rebate management, and revenue processes.

• Provide technical oversight, system governance, and roadmap recommendations for long-term platform optimisation.

• Act as the primary internal authority for Vistex functionality, integrations, data models, and enhancement opportunities.

• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot solution issues, and deliver high-quality documentation.

• Ensure seamless alignment between SAP Vistex, SAP ECC/S4HANA modules, and broader enterprise systems.

About You

• Proven experience as an SAP Vistex Solution Architect or Senior Consultant within complex enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in Vistex Incentive Administration, Chargebacks, IP/DM, and pricing structures.

• Solid understanding of SAP SD and SAP MM integration points.

• Demonstrated ability to guide partners and internal teams through design and build phases.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence and communicate at all levels.

• Experience within distribution, wholesale, or healthcare supply chain industries is highly advantageous.

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid working model and collaborate effectively across global teams.
