We are a fast-growing SAP consultancy expanding our footprint into the United States. Our mission is to help mid-market organisations modernize and scale using SAP GROW, delivering rapid, value-driven ERP transformations with best-practice SAP solutions.
As part of our US expansion, we are seeking an experienced Head of SAP Sales to build, lead, and execute our SAP go-to-market strategy across the United States.
The Head of SAP Sales will be responsible for driving SAP revenue growth in the US, with a strong focus on SAP GROW solutions for mid-market businesses. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining strategy, pipeline ownership, SAP ecosystem engagement, and team development.
You will own the full sales lifecycle-from market entry strategy and partner alignment through to deal closure and long-term customer growth.
Develop and execute the US SAP sales strategy, focused on SAP GROW for mid-market organizations
Build and manage a robust SAP pipeline, driving net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth
Establish strong relationships with SAP US field teams, Partner Managers, and alliance stakeholders
Lead complex SAP sales cycles, including C-suite engagement, solution positioning, and commercial negotiation
Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing SAP sales team as the business grows
Define sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance tracking and reporting
Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure compelling value propositions and successful deal execution
Represent the company at SAP events, customer meetings, and industry forums across the US
Proven experience in SAP sales leadership within the US market
Strong track record selling SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP GROW, or SAP mid-market ERP solutions
Deep understanding of the mid-market buyer, including CFO, COO, and CIO personas
Established network within the SAP ecosystem (SAP field, partners, and influencers)
Experience building sales operations from the ground up in a growth or scale-up environment
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
