Overview

We are supporting a fast-growing international consulting organisation that is significantly expanding its SAP practice.

Due to a strong pipeline of new SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects and increasing client demand, they are now looking to hire an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Public Cloud implementations.

This is a senior delivery role with responsibility for driving complex SAP programmes from initiation through to go-live and hyper care. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to establish and scale a UK-based SAP Centre of Excellence.

The organisation is in a high-growth phase, with ambitious expansion plans over the next several years, offering strong long-term career progression for senior delivery leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
  • Take full ownership of project governance, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Manage multi-stream SAP programmes across Finance, Supply Chain, and other core business functions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and internal delivery leadership.
  • Drive programme structure, delivery methodology, and reporting standards.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including functional consultants, technical consultants, and integration specialists.
  • Oversee UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to the development of internal delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices.
  • Support the build-out and maturation of a UK-based SAP delivery capability.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Public Cloud delivery models.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream SAP programmes.
  • Solid understanding of core SAP functional domains (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business and IT leaders.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, delivery-focused consulting environment.
