Harrington Boyd are currently working with an international client who are searching for a new S/4HANA Enterprise Architect to join their team in Germany. You would be able to be based in your home office and travel to the customers location when needed.

Your responsibilities:

  • Designing scalable, future‑ready SAP S/4HANA architectures for greenfield and complex transformation programs
  • Leading readiness assessments of ECC landscapes and advising on S/4HANA, RISE, public cloud, and on‑premise options
  • Defining and executing migration strategies for brownfield and selective transformation approaches
  • Providing hands‑on technical leadership across transformation projects, ensuring robust planning, governance, and quality
  • Guiding customers through critical architectural decisions and acting as a trusted advisor throughout their SAP journey


We are searching for the following skills & experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on S/4HANA and solution architecture
  • Ability to work with SAP Activate, agile methods (e.g., SCRUM), and modern cloud/integration concepts
  • Proven ability to design and independently implement technical S/4HANA solutions
  • Experience with tools such as LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, or Signavio, plus strong presentation skills for workshops and strategic discussions
  • Fluent in German and English
