Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (Planning & Global Rollouts)
Location: Switzerland (with international travel)
Start: Jan/Feb 2026

A global manufacturing organisation headquartered in Switzerland is embarking on a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation programme starting in 2026. We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects and global rollouts across international sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, including planning, execution, and delivery of global rollouts
Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, system integrators, and internal teams
Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
Oversee governance, risk management, and change management activities
Support ongoing optimisation and subsequent rollout phases over the coming years

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
Strong background delivering SAP projects within complex, global manufacturing environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
EU passport (mandatory)
Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland and to other international sites
