Harrington Boyd are currently working with an international company who are searching for a new Business Process Lead (Warehousing & Transportation) to join their team on an initial 12 month contract. This position will require candidates to work onsite for 1 week per month.

We are searching for the following skills & experience:
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business operations across ERP‑driven environments, with the ability to work confidently at the intersection of ERP, WMS, and planning systems.
- Experience operating in complex, integrated system landscapes with multiple interfaces, dependencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders across countries.
- Clear communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, able to work effectively with operational users, process owners, and IT teams.
- Deep functional knowledge of warehouse processes (inbound, storage, outbound) and inventory control concepts within ERP/WMS solutions.
- Ability to translate operational warehouse and planning requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and exception‑handling scenarios.
- Strong understanding of planning and scheduling concepts (MRP, demand/supply balancing, capacity planning) and the master data that underpins them.
- Experience defining, analysing, and improving key operational KPIs across warehousing (accuracy, fulfilment, productivity) and planning (schedule adherence, capacity utilisation).
- Hands‑on involvement in integration, UAT, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities, with a strong focus on business continuity, system stability, and user adoption.
