Role Overview:
As the Global SAP Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business by driving the successful implementation of their SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Reporting directly to the Global CIO, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design, deployment, and adoption of the new system across all regions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the global SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, including system design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external partners, fostering collaboration and securing buy-in from senior executives.
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of SAP professionals, ensuring effective resource allocation and skill development.
• Process Optimization: Drive the standardization and optimization of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other key areas to maximize the benefits of SAP S/4HANA.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
• Change Management: Develop and execute a robust change management strategy to facilitate user adoption and embed the new system into daily operations.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging them to enhance the value delivered by SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing large-scale SAP transformations, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
• Deep expertise in SAP platforms, including ECC and S/4HANA, with a strong understanding of their functional and technical capabilities.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-country ERP implementations on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
