Responsibilities:
- SAP SuccessFactors integration expertise and experience to client engagements and opportunities
- Lead integration design workshops with the client, oversee build, test, and deployment of Integrations.
- Be a hands-on integration expert and prepare/review project deliverables.
- Define and manage the deliverables of integration/development team to meet engagement objectives.
- Lead the development of integrations using available tools within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to understand integration requirements and manage the conversion of them into designs.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3-4 full end-to end project lifecycles.
- Proven commercial experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely
- Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales.
