SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (SC Eligibility required)

£60,000 - £75,000

Hybrid (Flexbile onsite location)

We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join a large-scale SAP programme. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing SAP Payroll solutions, with a focus on UK statutory processes, live service issue resolution, and system configuration across HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on UK Payroll
Resolve high-priority live service issues in a multi-supplier environment
Work on change requests, enhancements, and project deliverables
Produce quality documentation (functional specs, solution designs, WRICEF)
Collaborate with client stakeholders to troubleshoot and deliver solutions
Provide accurate effort estimates and deliver against timelines
Mentor junior team members where needed

Experience:

Strong SAP HCM functional experience, especially in:
- UK Payroll (end-to-end processing, year-end)
- Personnel Administration, Time Management, and statutory updates
Hands-on experience writing Payroll PCRs and Schemas
Familiarity with integrations to third-party vendors
Good understanding of SAP technical components (e.g. ABAP, Workflow, Integration)
Confident in a support/project environment and able to work independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
