Global IT Enterprise Architect - SAP S/4HANA Transformation

The Role:

Harrington Boyd is searching for an Enterprise Architect with a passion for leading large-scale digital transformations. Our global manufacturing client is embarking on an ambitious SAP S/4HANA journey, and we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Global IT Enterprise Architect to drive this transformation.

In this key role, you will lead the enterprise architecture strategy across a complex IT landscape, ensuring the seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with surrounding applications and systems. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to define and implement a future-proof architecture that supports business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the global enterprise architecture for the clients SAP S/4HANA transformation and connected systems.
• Develop and maintain the overall IT architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define integration strategies between SAP S/4HANA and ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure cloud-first, scalable, and secure architecture principles.
• Work closely with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to shape the digital future.
• Drive governance, compliance, and best practices in enterprise architecture.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation, and AI to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in a global organisation.

✅ Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

✅ Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security frameworks.

✅ Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics IT systems.

✅ Ability to engage with executive leadership and drive digital strategy.

✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
