My client seeks an experienced HRIS SuccessFactors Specialist to manage issues coming through from the business especially in the EC - Employee Central and Comp - Compensation modules

Scope of the work for the HRIS SuccessFactors Specialist:

Providing Tier 2 support with SuccessFactors systems issues coming into the HRIS support team
Providing guidance to the business users on "best practice" use of SuccessFactors
Core focus will be on the Employee Central and Compensation modules
Escalate major issues and incidents as required to ensure prompt resolution
Providing guidance on configuration work, master data, systems access queries
Ensuring adherence to data security and data protection

The ideal HRIS SuccessFactors Specialist must have the following:

Expert SuccessFactors knowledge in Employee Central and Compensation modules
Experience in a systems administrator role and SuccessFactors service support
Strong problem solving, issue resolution and customer service skillsets
