Day Rate - Outside IR35 / part time 2-3 days per week
Circa £750 - £850 per day

My client requires the services of a Data Analytics Consultant to provide strategic, and operational guidance on the recruitment and development of a new global data and analytics function

The Data Analytics Consultant will advise on the following areas:

  • Review and validation of proposed organisation design for the data & analytics function
  • Review and revision (as required) of job specifications / skills & competency frameworks to create an effective and scalable data & analytics team
  • Helping to future proof the new function in terms of new AI, ML, Data Science capabilities
  • Advise on internal communications regarding the value-add the D&A function can deliver
  • Advise on the "right data" for the D&A function to focus on to make the most impact
  • Provide guidance on an effective-recruitment-strategies to build a global team
  • Assist in developing the profile of the new data & analytics function internally and externally

The ideal Data Analytics Consultant will be able to offer the following commercial experience:

  • Ideally experience of greenfield builds of new data and analytics functions including organisational design / recruitment / training / operating models / developing to maturity
  • Strong technical knowledge on the latest data and analytics tools AI / ML / Data Science
  • Change management experience - managing people, process, and business change in data
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement / consulting / business proposal development
